The boys and I made pasta today and oh was it fun! It is so easy too- who knew? The best part though by far is the taste. Wow, it takes pasta to a whole new level for me. I am excited to share our homemade Italian pasta with all of our family and friends who come to visit!

Pasta recipe is so simple
3 3/4 c flour (white or wheat or oat or rice or whatever you want)
4 eggs a little salt and a little oil. Mix it up, kneed it 20 times, cover with plastic and let it rest for 15 minutes. Then roll it out and cut it up. We used a pasta makers but you don't have to. Either way it is yummy!
