Driving in Naples

Have you ever wondered what it is like to drive in Naples? Well, I decided it would be fun to take a video so you could experience it yourself. I was too nervous to record and drive during rush hour so I waited until ripposo (the middle of the day when most people go home to take a nap). Anyway, this is a pretty mild version of what can be expected daily on the streets of our little town. Enjoy!

    All I can say is your are so brave to drive in Naples. I think it is scarier than when I drove around Sicily. I hated rush hour because a two lane road would suddenly become a 4 lane road and sometimes a 5 lane road (and there were still only 2 marked lanes). Nuts!

    Hey Laura!! Yeah alot has changed in the past 3 years since we have been married!! :-) haha But we wouldnt change a thing!! How are you guys liking Naples? We are stationed in IL right now, and TJ is deployed!! yeah me :-( Not really!!

    Tath looked pretty darn mild compared to what I remember! It also needs the sounds of Italy~there is that unique buzz. Thanks for driving so carefully~it is a scary place to drive. Be safe, Lovey!
